A well-established and highly respected financial planning firm is seeking an experienced and qualified Paraplanner to join its growing technical team. This role would suit a technically strong paraplanner who enjoys producing high-quality suitability reports, supporting advisers with complex cases, and contributing to consistently excellent client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Supporting advisers with technical research and recommendations
  • Conducting product and provider research using industry tools
  • Interpreting client fact-finds and assisting with financial planning strategies
  • Liaising with advisers, administrators, and providers to progress cases efficiently
  • Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of paraplanning processes


About You

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working as a paraplanner within a financial planning environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
  • Confident writing high-quality suitability reports
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Candidates working towards Chartered status will be particularly welcomed.
