A well-established and highly respected financial planning firm is seeking an experienced and qualified Paraplanner to join its growing technical team. This role would suit a technically strong paraplanner who enjoys producing high-quality suitability reports, supporting advisers with complex cases, and contributing to consistently excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
- Supporting advisers with technical research and recommendations
- Conducting product and provider research using industry tools
- Interpreting client fact-finds and assisting with financial planning strategies
- Liaising with advisers, administrators, and providers to progress cases efficiently
- Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of paraplanning processes
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)

Previous experience working as a paraplanner within a financial planning environment
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
- Confident writing high-quality suitability reports
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Candidates working towards Chartered status will be particularly welcomed.
