Job Title: Investment Administrator

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based candidates only)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


About the Role

Our client, a growing and forward-thinking investment management firm, is looking to appoint a dedicated Investment Administrator to support their expanding team. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while supporting the business's high-quality investment operations and adviser relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the investment operations and client servicing functions.
  • Liaise with financial advisers, platforms, and custodians to ensure smooth and accurate processing of investment-related tasks.
  • Handle new business processing, transfers, account maintenance, valuations, and client reporting.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the team with ad hoc operational tasks and contribute to process improvements.


Requirements

  • Experience working in wealth management, financial advice, investment administration, or wealth management administration is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with investment platforms and back-office systems would be an advantage.
