Join Our Client as a SSAS Pension Business Development Manager!


Company: They are an esteemed independent pension provider based in Warwickshire, dedicated to delivering exceptional pension solutions to their clients. With a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, they are seeking a dynamic SSAS Pension Business Development Manager to join their team.


Location: Remote role, based in Warwickshire, England.


Salary: Up to £80,000 basic salary, plus commission and benefits package.


About the Role:


As a SSAS Pension Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding their client base. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and other key stakeholders to promote their SSAS pension solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SSAS pensions, providing insights and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the SSAS pensions industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of SSAS pension products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
