Executive Assistant
Salary: Up to £85,000 (depending on experience)
 Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Our client is a highly regarded and growing insurance brokerage known for its exceptional client relationships, collaborative culture, and strong presence in the London market. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to the senior leadership team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will play a key role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and helping to drive efficiency across the business.
The ideal candidate will be polished, dependable, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and other senior executives.
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare and coordinate board packs, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support the coordination of internal meetings, team events, and company initiatives.
- Assist with document management, filing systems, and general office coordination.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and business partners when required.
- Anticipate the needs of the leadership team to ensure they are always one step ahead in their schedules and priorities.
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or Office Manager supporting senior leaders, ideally within financial services, insurance, or professional services.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidence.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Professional, confident, and polished approach.
