About Our Client
Our client is a leading organisation in the international property and relocation space. They support buyers looking to purchase property overseas by providing clear guidance, expert insight, and a highly customer-centric service.
As part of their offering, they partner with a trusted foreign exchange specialist known for secure, seamless, and high-value international currency transfers, particularly for clients involved in overseas property transactions.
The business is now looking to appoint a Currency Solutions Advisor to strengthen client engagement and support buyers throughout their international purchasing journey.
Role Overview
The Currency Solutions Advisor will act as a key point of contact for clients progressing with their overseas property plans and who require support transferring funds internationally.
You will nurture leads, educate clients on currency transfer solutions, maintain ongoing engagement throughout their buying journey, and prepare clients for handover to senior FX dealers when ready to trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Nurturing: Contact prospective clients whose buying plans are advancing and introduce them to currency transfer services.
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular, meaningful communication to understand progress with agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Education & Guidance: Clearly explain the benefits of using a professional currency service when purchasing property overseas.
- Relationship Building: Build trust through consistent calls, emails, and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth handover to senior FX dealers when appropriate.
- Market Insight: Provide updates on currency trends and how they may impact clients’ purchasing timelines.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and partner account managers to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Journey Management: Understand where each client is in their buying journey and tailor communication accordingly.
- Timing & Judgment: Know when to reach out and when to pause, ensuring contact is always relevant and constructive.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client information across CRM systems.
- Performance: Work to agreed sales, engagement, and conversion targets while representing the business with professionalism.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in international property, real estate, consultative sales, or a client-facing advisory environment.
- Knowledge of FX markets, currency exchange, or international payment processes (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term trust.
- Strong consultative approach — able to guide clients clearly and confidently.
- Experience in lead nurturing, pipeline management, and sales conversion.
- Ability to judge timing and identify when clients are ready for escalation.
- Competent in CRM systems, email communication, and virtual meeting tools.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
