Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Germany & Austria (Fully Remote)

Package: €80,000 base + €80,000 bonus (OTE €160,000)

The Role

Our client is a rapidly scaling, market-leading IT consultancy and managed services provider specialising in enterprise monitoring, observability, IT reliability, and performance-led solutions.

They are hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Germany and Austria. This is a senior, consultative role combining new logo acquisition with account development, including structured upselling and cross-selling into existing enterprise customers.

This is a fully remote position, offering high autonomy and strong earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts across Germany & Austria
  • Hunt new business by identifying, targeting, and winning new enterprise logos
  • Farm existing customers, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to close
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and Operations leaders
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored enterprise solutions
  • Build long-term, trusted client relationships to drive repeat and expanded business
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting


What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales within IT consultancy, MSP, SaaS, or complex technology solutions
  • Strong track record in new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth
  • Experience selling into large, complex organisations with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Consultative, value-led sales approach
  • Comfortable balancing hunting and farming responsibilities
  • Experience in observability, monitoring, IT operations, infrastructure, or digital transformation is highly desirable
  • Highly self-motivated and effective in a remote environment
