Internal Business Development Manager
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home)
Salary: Up to £40,000 base + £40,000 OTE (uncapped bonus)

The Role
They are looking for an ambitious and proactive Internal Business Development Manager to join their Nottingham-based team. This role is focused on outbound calling to financial advisers, building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities by presenting the firm’s product offering. You will work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams, supporting field-based colleagues and helping to drive growth across the adviser network.
