We are exclusively retained by a highly innovative, scaling boutique Wealth Management firm that has completely re-engineered its operating model through modern technology, AI and platforms including Ningi and Fundment.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead the firm's operational, strategic and M&A agenda.
The Role
You will take responsibility for:
- Leading the firm's growth and M&A strategy, from due diligence through to integration.
- Driving operational excellence, scalable processes and FCA compliance.
- Maximising the use of the firm's WealthTech and AI infrastructure.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing advisory and support team.
- Maintaining the firm's strong culture as the business scales.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong IFA / Wealth Management experience and credibility with advisers.
- Proven operational and compliance leadership experience.
- A demonstrable M&A track record within Wealth Management.
- A strong understanding of modern WealthTech, AI and digitally enabled advice.
- A commercial, strategic mindset with genuine humility, empathy and low ego.
This is a key leadership appointment for a business with significant growth ambitions. The successful individual will have the opportunity to play a major role in shaping the firm's next phase, with potential equity/LTIP participation.
