Overview:
 The Client Support role provides high-quality administrative and customer service support to financial advisers and their clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business standards.
Key Experience & Competencies:
- Experience in a similar role within financial services or an IFA business.
- Client administration and support experience.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO) is preferable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust across a diverse client base.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate client records and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients via phone, email, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate client records in IO, including personal, fact-find, and investment details.
- Record all client interactions and manage tasks and workflows within IO.
- Support Team Leaders and Paraplanners in producing client reports and data analysis.
- Liaise with providers for investment and policy administration, ensuring clients are kept informed.
- Ensure client fees and commissions are accurately maintained.
- Support compliance with AML, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide cover for Receptionist or other support team members as required.
- Assist with office duties and organisational projects.
Other Requirements:
- Complete mandatory industry/regulatory training.
- Follow company policies and maintain secure handling of confidential documents.
