Broker Support

Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Our client is a well-established and growing insurance brokerage with a strong reputation across the London market. Known for their professional yet supportive culture, they work with a wide network of brokers and underwriters across multiple insurance lines.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a confident and organised Broker Support professional to join their team and provide high-quality assistance to brokers and clients alike.


The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Broker Support professional to play a key part in the day-to-day running of the broking function. You’ll work closely with brokers and underwriters, ensuring smooth processing of business, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery.

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of insurance products and have the chance to build strong relationships within a respected London market firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the broking team.
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation.
  • Liaise with underwriters, clients, and brokers to gather and update information.
  • Manage data entry, system updates, and file maintenance to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and issue policy schedules, endorsements, and certificates.
  • Support brokers in managing pipeline activity and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle general client queries with professionalism and attention to detail.


About You

  • Experience in a broker support, insurance administration, or account handling role (essential).
  • Good understanding of insurance documentation and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office and insurance systems.
