Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Salary: Up to £85,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Our client is a highly respected and growing insurance brokerage with a strong reputation across the UK market. They pride themselves on exceptional client service, long-standing relationships, and a dynamic, collaborative culture. With continued expansion and a focus on brand development, they are now seeking a talented Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead and deliver their marketing strategy.


The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take full ownership of the company’s entire marketing function. You will have the autonomy to plan, develop, and execute creative strategies that strengthen brand visibility, enhance client engagement, and support business growth.

You’ll oversee all marketing activity, from events and campaigns to digital presence and brand management, ensuring the firm’s image and messaging remain consistent, professional, and impactful.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and execute all aspects of marketing, including events, newsletters, digital campaigns, social media, PR, and internal communications.
  • Take full ownership of the company website, ensuring content, design, and performance reflect the brand and drive engagement.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, promotional materials, and merchandise.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all external and internal communication channels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business development teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, agencies, and designers.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.


About You

  • Proven experience in a marketing management or head of marketing role, ideally within financial services, insurance, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of both strategic and hands-on marketing — able to develop plans and deliver them personally.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative flair with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid working environment, with regular collaboration in the London office.
