Operations Administrator
We’re supporting a well-established and growing financial services organisation in the search for an Operations Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in systems, reporting, and operational improvement. The role offers exposure to a broad range of business operations, with the chance to contribute to projects and process enhancements across the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the maintenance and improvement of internal systems and processes
· Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and operational insight
· Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation of new functionality
· Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across business platforms
· Provide support on operational and business improvement projects
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
· Assist with documenting and improving operational procedures and workflows
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or systems support role
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
· Experience working with CRM or back-office systems would be advantageous
