Job Title: Helpdesk Support/Paraplanner

Location: Woodhall Spa

About Us:

My client is a leading financial planning firm offering personalized financial solutions.

Job Summary:

Provide technical support to staff and assist in preparing client financial plans.

Helpdesk Support:

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.

Assist with network setup and maintenance.

Document technical issues and solutions.


Assist financial planners in preparing and updating client financial plans.

Conduct research on financial products and strategies.

Prepare reports, charts, and presentations for client meetings.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and confidential client files.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in helpdesk support or financial planning.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems.
