Green Park is delighted to be partnering with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People at a pivotal moment in the charity’s journey.

We are seeking to appoint a Director of Services to bring the charity’s mission to life: rebuilding connection, companionship and confidence for people who are deaf or have hearing loss through trained hearing dogs and a range of practical and emotional support services.

This is a broad and influential leadership role, touching every part of the organisation. You will shape long-term strategy, ensure the highest standards of service quality and animal welfare, and lead the delivery of impactful, sustainable, and person-centred services. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team, you will translate strategy into meaningful action.

You will inspire and lead a committed community of colleagues, service leaders, and volunteer dog trainers - fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence; and as a key external ambassador, you will build trusted partnerships that support innovation and extend the charity’s reach and impact.

We are looking for a values-driven leader who combines strategic clarity with strong delivery, and who brings empathy, credibility, and resilience. You will inspire trust, navigate complexity with confidence, and keep service users and volunteers at the heart of every decision.
