Are you a PE partner, hedge fund leader, or serial founder who knows how to scale, and wants to do it for impact?

We’re looking for a high-calibre individual to help take a proven organisation from rapid growth to national scale. This isn’t ceremonial. It’s a hands-on, high-standards role: strategic governance, sharp decision-making, and real support to an ambitious CEO and team as they build a movement.

The task

As Chair, you will:

• Set the pace and bar for the Board: clarity, accountability, and constructive challenge
• Build the governance engine for scale: the right committees, cadence, and decision-making for a fast-growing organisation
• Be a trusted adviser to the CEO: judgement, perspective, and calm challenge as we move quickly
• Help unlock growth funding: championing the charity externally and supporting key prospect/supporter conversations
• Bring credibility and (ideally) network: opening doors to partners, talent and supporters when it matters

Time commitment

Approx. 1 day per week (board/committee leadership, CEO support, and selective external engagements).
