The Head of Schools will spearhead our work with primary and secondary schools, bringing together existing activity, delivering new offers, forging strong partnerships, and building sustainable income streams. This role offers the chance to shape strategy, drive collaboration, and lead change at a national scale.
We seek a collaborative leader who is confident influencing at all levels, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We need someone with a deep knowledge of the school sector with experience in leading and working across multiple strands of activity within a programme of work, spotting interdependencies, opportunities and risks.
