We create networks and amplify voices. We build deep relationships, develop tools and frameworks, and collaborate across sectors to discover, develop, and maximise opportunities. We convene, influence, and shape real change alongside charities, foundations, funders, impact investors, social enterprises, philanthropists, wealth managers, and more.

This is a moment of acceleration. Greater public attention to social and environmental crises, evolving donor behaviour, and demands for accountability create both opportunity and risk. Strong trustees will help NPC navigate turbulence, scale influence and deepen impact. We are particularly interested in individuals with senior experience in philanthropy, family offices, or wealth advisory, as well as leadership in large trusts and foundations.
