Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation (GSTF) exists to build the foundations of a society that helps everyone stay healthier for longer. For over 500 years it has been a constant in London’s ever-changing landscape, at the leading edge of health.

GSTF is now looking to expand and strengthen its Board with the addition of three trustees, to deepen its work in fundraising, strengthen local authority/public sector connectivity, and bring technology expertise.

The Board has oversight across a rich and fascinating range of activity, which intersect for maximum purpose and impact:

• As a funder, and influencer, collaborating with a wide range of multi-sector partners to unlock the potential of cities to be healthier, and creating workable solutions some of the most intractable problems that impact health, on air quality, financial security, children’s mental health and nutrition;
• Through its three charities, Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, Evelina London Children’s Charity and Guy’s Cancer Charity, helping to deliver better, fairer healthcare;
• As an investor, setting GSTF’s significant endowment a dual mandate of financial returns and positive impacts in health, society and environment.
