Langley Trust is a Christian charity providing supported housing, complex needs care through registered care homes, and programmes and support services in the community for people with convictions. For over 65 years, we have worked with men and women of all faiths and none, supporting rehabilitation, preventing crime, and reducing re-offending. We believe everyone deserves another chance and that, with the right support, people are capable of lasting change.

We are seeking a Head of People Services with operational responsibility for leading and managing the People team and for developing and delivering our people strategy, ensuring both our organisation and our customers are well supported. The role includes providing Christian pastoral support to staff, role-modelling our Christian values and ethos, and putting belief in Christ into action through leadership.

This is an opportunity to put faith into action and make a meaningful difference to the lives of some of the most marginalised people in society.

This role requires attending meetings at Coventry and other locations to meet role requirements, generally one day per week, and carries a General Occupational Requirement for a practising Christian.
