Today, operating in 35 countries worldwide, we stand at a pivotal moment in our history, as geopolitical shifts, donor realignments and escalating humanitarian needs are transforming the landscape in which we work.

Hilton Humanitarian Prize, the world’s largest and most prestigious humanitarian award, recognises not only our enduring impact but also our potential to reshape the future of humanitarian mine action and armed violence reduction. The need for strategic financial insight and accountability, as well as systems designed to ensure maximum efficiency, has never been more critical.

As part of a newly formed Executive Team, we are looking for an Executive Director, Finance and Digital Transformation to bring strategic leadership to our finances and ensure that MAG is well positioned to harness the advantages that a cohesive and forward-thinking approach to systems and technology will bring.
