We’re now looking for our new Director of People and Culture, a leader who will play a key role in shaping and building the future of Fairtrade. This is a senior position with real impact, working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to champion progressive ways of working, nurture a vibrant, high-performing and inclusive culture, and embed wellbeing at the core of everything we do.
