Green Alliance is at the forefront of building evidence, advocating and driving UK political leaders to take environmental action seriously. We are a long-established, well-respected influencer at the heart of the environmental community have achieved major successes in raising political and policy ambitions. However, there is so much more to do.

As our new five-year strategy outlines, we are at a pivotal moment in time and require renewed action, determined focus and increased ambition. Against the backdrop of economic headwinds, fierce political pushback and shifting public expectations, time is running out to take the action required to address the threats of nature’s destruction and the climate crisis. We are optimistic that this next era of our development can help shape the political environment to ensure that our political leaders have the right policies, clear roadmaps and strong ambition to bring the change needed.

At this critical juncture we are looking for a new Executive Director who can provide sharp and dynamic strategic, political and organisational leadership to Green Alliance. We need an inclusive, catalytic leader to help us shape the next phase of our organisation, enabling us to accelerate political ambitions on the environment, propose powerful policies, and build strong coalitions and consensus for the crucial journey ahead.
