At an exciting time in our strategy, we are seeking a new Chief Financial Officer to join us and help us deliver our strong social mission, backed by solid commercial thinking. As a key member of the Executive team, we need a CFO who will make a significant and pro-active personal contribution to the business, ensuring that it is well positioned and has the capability to achieve its current and future objectives, plans and targets.

This role is about more than just the numbers – we want a CFO who truly connects with our vision. You will need to bring a sharp commercial edge, and be a creative thinker, helping us to innovate as we continue to build more homes and deliver outstanding services to our customers. We aim high—we don’t want to be ordinary, we want to be exceptional. So we’re looking for someone who shares that ambition and can help us keep building on the success we’ve had since VIVID was created eight years ago.
