Salary: £86,000

Global Dialogue operates as a host for philanthropic initiatives that are legally part of our organisation. Our hosted programmes rely on us for robust financial management, compliant employment frameworks, sound governance and proportionate risk management, while retaining the autonomy and space they need to focus on strategy, grantmaking and impact. This brings both opportunity and responsibility, and our COO will play a central role in holding that balance.

Working closely with our Executive Director, senior colleagues and the Board, our COO will lead Global Dialogue’s operational delivery across finance, people, compliance, IT and risk. They will support the organisation to plan well, manage complexity and adapt as our work evolves, while maintaining clarity, transparency and trust with funders, partners and programme teams.

This role also sits at the heart of how we live our values in practice. We are purposeful in our mission, practical in our approach, and committed to working in ways that are accountable, respectful and equitable. Our COO will help embed those commitments across our operational policies, processes and relationships, ensuring that care, rigour, equity and fairness are reflected not only in what we do but in how we do it.
