Summit Search Group has partnered with AEVI Spa on the recruitment of a Visual Merchandising & Sales Manager.

This is a unique opportunity for a creative, sales-driven retail professional to take ownership of visual merchandising and the retail experience within a busy, client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will combine a strong eye for presentation with a natural ability to engage customers, drive product sales, and inspire others to do the same.

The ideal candidate may come from a high-end fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or specialty retail environment and will be comfortable bringing the structure, sales practices, and merchandising standards of a sophisticated retail organization into a growing local business.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the General Manager and broader AEVI Spa team, the Visual Merchandising & Sales Manager will take the lead on merchandising and retail sales initiatives while helping create a stronger sales culture throughout the business.

This individual will lead by example, build genuine relationships with clients and staff, and help the front-of-house team become more confident in product knowledge, recommendations, cross-selling, and customer engagement.

The role offers considerable autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business, with the potential to take on broader responsibilities as AEVI Spa continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of visual merchandising, product presentation, and the overall retail experience.
• Regularly refresh displays to create an engaging environment for new and repeat clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase retail sales and maximize existing customer traffic.
• Build genuine client relationships and provide thoughtful product recommendations.
• Lead by example and help front-of-house staff develop greater confidence in product knowledge, cross-selling, and sales.
• Introduce ideas, processes, and best practices that strengthen AEVI Spa's overall retail approach.
• Work closely with the General Manager to take ownership of key merchandising and sales responsibilities.
• Support future retail initiatives, including merchandising and retail space development.
• Assist with social media and other initiatives designed to increase awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a creative and commercially minded retail professional who understands that great merchandising is about more than making a space look beautiful — it should create an experience, engage the customer, and ultimately drive sales.

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience in retail sales and visual merchandising, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or another premium retail environment.
• Strong understanding of how merchandising, customer experience, and product knowledge translate into increased sales.
• Experience within a structured or corporate retail environment is considered a strong asset.
• A natural salesperson who can build relationships without making the client experience feel overly transactional.
• Strong visual instincts with the ability to continually refresh and improve a retail environment.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of new initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
