We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead their Kindersley operation. This is a unique leadership opportunity that combines direct sales with team management. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will carry your own client list while also coaching and supporting a talented sales team. The Sales Manager role goes beyond sales numbers; it’s about creating the right structure, systems, and culture so your team thrives. You will play an active role in HR and people leadership, addressing challenges, fostering morale, and ensuring that your team maintains a strong work-life balance. You will also work closely with senior leadership to align business strategies, set growth goals, and contribute to Golden West’s broader mission. This is a hands-on position requiring both strategic thinking and community engagement, with regular client meetings and travel for professional development.
