Summit Search Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Journeyman Sheet Metal HVAC Installer in Regina. Working across commercial, institutional, and light industrial environments, the successful candidate will install, service, and maintain a variety of HVAC and mechanical systems while collaborating with an experienced team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and sheet metal systems.
• Install and commission rooftop units (RTUs), make-up air units (MUAs), furnaces, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
• Perform equipment start-ups, repairs, retrofits, and renovations.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and company expectations.
• Work collaboratively with experienced tradespeople to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Sheet Metal or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic (HVAC) certification.
• Experience installing and servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• A commitment to quality workmanship, teamwork, and long-term career growth.
