The Role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, while supporting expansion into U.S. markets. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys both inside and outside sales, building customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and emerging U.S. markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach
  • Promote and prioritize core product lines across agricultural and industrial markets
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, expos, and industry events
  • Prepare sales presentations, reports, and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer service and product availability
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

Qualifications

  • Background in agriculture strongly preferred
  • Experience in pet products, industrial materials, or related sectors considered an asset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and occasionally the U.S.
  • Comfortable working both in-office and in the field

If you are a driven sales professional with a passion for agriculture and building strong customer relationships, we encourage you to apply.
