The Role:

As Creative Lead, you will play a central role in shaping and elevating the CANTERRA SEEDS and Alliance Seed brands across every touchpoint.

This role combines creative strategy and execution. You will lead major brand initiatives, oversee multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a designer who is adaptable, proactive, and motivated by delivering work that supports both commercial growth and brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Development

• Lead the creative development and execution of major brand assets, including product guides, financial reports, direct mail, and presentations
• Develop and produce annual mass media campaigns across print and digital platforms
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all assets and communications

Digital & Content Execution

• Execute website updates, including visual assets and product entries
• Create and oversee social media content for both brands
• Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns
• Support photography, videography, and video editing projects

Events & Industry Presence

• Design event collateral, signage, and promotional materials
• Support event coordination, including tradeshow logistics and on-site assistance
• Maintain and organize the company’s photo and video library

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external creative partners
• Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Contribute ideas and creative direction across campaigns and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Creative Communications, or related field, or 5+ years equivalent professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Assets

• Knowledge of Western Canadian agriculture
• Experience with CMS platforms, HubSpot, and social media management tools
• Video editing experience (Premiere Pro or Premiere Rush)
• Photography, motion graphics, or animation skills
