Tasks:

• Be responsible for the company's space management planning, ensure the normal operation of the company's administrative affairs, and continuously improve the service quality
• Establish an effective supplier management system and assessment system to improve service level and satisfaction
• Overall management of the company's fixed assets and promote the systematic construction of all links
• Implement administrative standard management, establish and improve various administrative standards and relevant administrative management systems
• Establish a welfare care system to improve employees' feelings and brand value with ideas and innovations

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years experience in a similar position
• Having worked in the automotive business is considered a big advantage
• Must be fluent in English and German
