The Right Fit
You are a consultative business-development leader who knows how to expand complex enterprise relationships.
You are comfortable working across sales, delivery, consulting, legal, and executive teams to identify client needs, shape solutions, and move opportunities from discovery through execution. You understand that growth within a strategic account requires more than relationship management—it requires account planning, executive engagement, internal alignment, and consistent follow-through.
You can operate as both a strategist and an active participant in the sales process. You know how to guide account teams, build credibility with senior client stakeholders, and translate business challenges into staffing, consulting, and project-based solutions.
About the Role
A national professional services organization is conducting a confidential search for several Business Partners across the United States.
Each Business Partner will be assigned a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and will be responsible for expanding revenue, increasing market share, and strengthening executive-level relationships. Portfolios will generally consist of a limited number of high-priority clients with meaningful growth potential.
This role will work closely with local and regional sales leaders, account managers, delivery teams, consulting leaders, and subject-matter specialists. The Business Partner will help establish account strategy, lead solution-oriented sales efforts, and coordinate internal resources throughout the pursuit and delivery lifecycle.
This is a senior, client-facing growth role. It is not a traditional account-management position and is not limited to staffing sales.

- Serve as a senior point of coordination for complex or high-value opportunities
Align Internal Teams
- Partner with account managers to create and execute coordinated account strategies
- Work with delivery and recruiting leaders to align talent capabilities with client demand
- Engage consulting, solution, legal, finance, and contracting teams as appropriate
- Facilitate clear ownership, communication, and follow-through across the pursuit lifecycle
