We are a global, fully remote company serving some of the most innovative leaders in healthcare technology. To support our continued growth, we are adding a Senior Sales Leader to serve as our foundational sales leader, reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will operate as a sales team of one initially, owning the full sales motion and shaping the future of go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high- impact role designed for a proven seller who is excited to build and lead.


Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for the direct sale of the clients differentiated solutions and services to our most strategic and complex customers. Working closely with a team of technologists, you will lead customer education, drive solution discovery, and enable customers to fully realize value from their partnership with our client. You will meet and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing winning sales strategies, building impactful account and territory plans, and closing high-value, strategic deals. You will also play a critical role in shaping our future sales organization, with the opportunity to grow and scale the sales footprint over time.


  • Strong understanding of customer's decision-making process, goals, objectives and strategies
  • Partner with leadership to create and improve strategic solutions for the Payer, Provider, Life Sciences, and Health Solutions verticals.
  • Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
  • Provide technology perspective on industry trends, competitive landscape and market/regulatory changes leveraging industry contacts, vendors, and strategic technology partner relationships
  • Lead conversations with C and VP-level client executives on cloud strategy and transformation
  • Review key cloud proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to client.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills
  • Capitalize on industry knowledge and contacts to uncover business opportunities.
  • Effectively advise and influence customers through high impact, consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Develop new business opportunities, opportunity plans and close new account business.
  • Work alongside Cloud Solution Architects to build healthcare compliant solutions.
  • Develop effective relationships with key partners including AWS and Azure
  • Forecast accurately and adhere to professional sales hygiene.


We are seeking someone with:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ technology solution sales experience selling to Fortune 100 companies. Cloud IT / Healthcare IT / Life Sciences IT sales preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare and life sciences regulatory environments including HIPAA, HITRUST and GxP.
  • Experience selling to the provider, payer or life sciences space strongly preferred
  • Ability to converse comfortably with and effectively present to customer senior executives
  • A proven track record of identifying and closing sales that meets or exceeds individual quota
  • Understanding the drivers for customer cloud adoption
  • Previous work experience in a complex sales cycle environment with highly complex customers
  • Superb business development and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel onsite to healthcare accounts to drive strategic meetings
  • Positive, “can do” attitude and a team player
