Own the end-to-end architecture, integration, governance, and optimization of the agency’s Microsoft 365 environment. Lead technical direction across Power Platform, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, AvePoint Online Services, and related Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain the full M365 ecosystem

• Lead modernization and workflow automation efforts using PowerApps and Power Automate

• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange services

• Implement M365 governance frameworks using AvePoint Online Services

• Develop automation using PowerShell

• Troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues

• Provide technical leadership across developers, consultants, and security teams

Required Skills

• 7+ years supporting M365 in an enterprise or government environment

• Deep Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Strong understanding of M365 governance and compliance

• Azure AD / Entra ID, conditional access, Intune

• Strong PowerShell scripting

• Experience leading M365 migrations and integrations

• Hands-on AvePoint Online Services experience (must-have here)
