Architecture Consultant (M365 Architect)

Overview

Provide strategic design and technical leadership for enterprise-scale M365 adoption, governance, migrations, and workflow modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture for M365, Power Platform, and integrations

• Design governance, security, and compliance frameworks

• Lead modernization roadmaps across SPO, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange

• Oversee workflow automation and Power Platform adoption

• Guide engineering and development teams on best practices

• Support AvePoint configuration for governance and lifecycle management

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years enterprise Microsoft 365 architecture experience

• PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI design expertise

• Deep SharePoint Online and Teams architecture

• Strong governance, compliance, and security frameworks

• Azure AD / Entra ID experience

• AvePoint Online Services (highly preferred for this role)

• Strong communication + ability to interface with federal stakeholders
