Chief Delivery Officer (CDO)
Location: Australia or New Zealand (home based)

Direct Reports: Director of Recruitment (PH), VP of People, Global Recruitment Teams
Role Overview:
As the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), you will be responsible for leading global recruitment and talent delivery operations, ensuring seamless and high-quality hiring for clients across multiple markets. You will scale recruitment teams internationally, optimize hiring processes, and drive talent delivery excellence to support business growth and client success.
This role is critical to our expansion strategy, as we grow recruitment operations in the Philippines, India, Colombia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Argentina. The CDO will work closely with the COO, CCO, and CIO to ensure our recruitment operations align with business objectives and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Talent Acquisition & Delivery
● Lead and scale global recruitment teams in multiple countries (PH, India, Colombia, etc.).
● Standardize recruitment processes, SLAs, and best practices across all regions.
● Ensure fast, high-quality talent acquisition that meets client expectations.
● Implement ai and data-driven hiring strategies to improve time-to-hire and hiring accuracy.
2. Client Success Through Recruitment Performance
● Work closely with the CCO to ensure client hiring needs are met efficiently.
● Align recruitment speed, quality, and efficiency with client expectations.
● Optimize recruiter performance to reduce time-to-fill and increase client satisfaction.
● Ensure recruitment teams meet agreed hiring SLAs for clients.
3. Performance Management & Process Optimization
● Establish KPIs for recruitment performance, service quality, and efficiency.
● Track time-to-fill, hiring success rates, and client satisfaction.
● Implement automation and AI-driven hiring tools to improve efficiency.
● Develop structured training programs for recruitment teams to enhance skill levels and productivity.
4. Global Expansion & Workforce Planning
● Oversee the growth of recruitment operations into new regions.
● Work with HR & Finance to forecast workforce demand and optimize staffing strategies.
● Ensure that all recruitment operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements in different regions.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
● Collaborate with CEO, COO, CCO, and CIO to align recruitment delivery with business objectives.
● Work alongside the COO to support business growth and service scalability.
● Partner with the CCO to ensure client hiring needs are proactively met.
● Lead continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment and talent delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
● 15+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition leadership.
● Proven experience in scaling global recruitment teams across multiple countries.
● Strong leadership in recruitment operations and delivery, preferably in the outsourcing or professional services industry.
● Experience managing client-facing recruitment operations and meeting client hiring SLAs.
● Data-driven mindset, with expertise in recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and hiring performance tracking.
● Ability to implement automation, AI-driven hiring solutions, and process improvements.
● Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across COO, CCO, and Sales teams.
● Ability to travel as needed to meet global teams and key clients.
