Overview:

We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager who understands the Investment Management industry and has a proven track record of leading complex, data-intensive projects. You will be responsible for managing the project implementation, ensuring the successful delivery of a modernized and efficient reporting platform. You will work closely with teams across the organization, including Client Reporting, the Client Data Investment Team, and IT, to ensure project goals are met on time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the client reporting modernization project, with a core focus on the remapping of Vermillion reports to new centralized data systems.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, create process flows, and define data mapping rules.
• Drive the project team towards key milestones, manage interdependencies across workstreams, and ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating critical issues to senior leadership when necessary.
• Lead the integration of multiple upstream and downstream data interfaces to ensure seamless data flow for the new reporting solution.
• Facilitate the adoption of new business processes through effective change management, including the development of detailed training, communication, and rollout plans.
• Oversee the testing process with business and IT users to ensure the new reporting solution is accurate, reliable, and meets business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of project management experience in the financial services or investment management industry.
• 5 years of demonstrated experience managing data-centric projects, such as data migration, data warehousing, system integration, or reporting platform implementations.
• 5 years of direct experience with client reporting systems is required
• 5 years of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
• 5 years of experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Vermillion is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to "translate" complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Must possess a strong understanding of Technology, Data, and Investment Management processes.
• A proactive, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable leading projects with a high degree of autonomy.
