Role: Technical Analyst – Solutions & Proposals

We’re hiring a Technical Analyst to turn complex RFIs/RFPs into clear, implementation-ready technical solutions. You’ll analyze requirements, design high-level architectures across SaaS and cloud platforms, and create structured technical content that proposal teams use to win new work.

What you’ll do

- Review RFIs/RFPs and translate requirements into solution designs and technical narratives.

- Work with platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Appian/Pega, and AWS/GCP/Azure.  

- Draft outlines, architecture descriptions, and proposal-ready technical content.  

- Collaborate with solution architects and proposal teams; help build a reusable content library.

- Use tools like Claude/GPT to refine and polish your own technical writing.

What you bring

- 3–6 years in a technical role (Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Solution Analyst/Engineer, etc.)

- Experience designing practical technical solutions from customer requirements.  

- Strong technical writing and communication skills.

- Exposure to SaaS, integrations, and cloud environments.  

- Bonus: experience with government or public-sector proposals and RFP workflows.
