Cyber Executive Tiger Team Support for OIS Leadership

The Contractor shall provide a highly skilled Cyber Executive Tiger Team to support the Office of Information Security (OIS) and executive leadership, including the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), in addressing high-priority cybersecurity initiatives, emerging risks, and mission-critical security challenges across the enterprise IT environment.

The Tiger Team will provide rapid-response strategic, technical, and programmatic support to assess, stabilize, and advance priority cybersecurity initiatives as directed by executive leadership. Support will focus on strengthening enterprise cyber posture, accelerating remediation of critical vulnerabilities, improving governance and risk management processes, and coordinating cross-organizational security efforts.

The team will operate as an executive-level support function capable of conducting targeted cyber assessments, developing actionable remediation strategies, coordinating implementation efforts across multiple organizations, and providing leadership briefings on cybersecurity risk and performance.

Key Support Areas

Executive Cybersecurity Advisory Support

Provide direct advisory support to the CIO and CISO on enterprise cybersecurity priorities, including risk posture, regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and strategic cyber initiatives. Develop executive-level analysis, recommendations, and decision support materials.

Rapid Response Cyber Assessments

Conduct focused assessments of high-priority cybersecurity issues, systems, or programs identified by OIS leadership. Assessments may include vulnerability management, identity and access management, security operations, cloud security, supply chain risk, and enterprise architecture alignment.

Cyber Risk and Vulnerability Remediation

Support the identification, prioritization, and remediation of critical security vulnerabilities and systemic control weaknesses. Coordinate with system owners, security teams, and program offices to accelerate risk reduction efforts.

Security Governance and Oversight

Provide program and governance support for cybersecurity initiatives directed by OIS leadership, including coordination across security, infrastructure, application, and enterprise IT teams. Assist with the development and tracking of remediation plans, risk mitigation strategies, and implementation milestones.

Cross-Organizational Coordination

Facilitate collaboration between OIS, CIO organizations, system owners, program offices, and operational security teams to address enterprise cybersecurity priorities. Support integrated responses to cross-cutting security challenges affecting multiple systems or organizations.

Cyber Executive Reporting and Briefings

Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and briefing materials that communicate cybersecurity risk posture, remediation progress, and priority initiatives to senior leadership.

Strategic Cyber Initiatives and Proofs of Concept

Support leadership-directed cybersecurity pilots, technology evaluations, and proof-of-concept efforts to improve enterprise security capabilities, operational efficiency, and risk visibility.
