Agricultural Lending, Relationship Manager

Southeast Region

(Northern AL, Northern GA, NC, SC, TN, VA)

(Regional ag lending role, from a home office)

Are you an agricultural lender interested in providing funding solutions for farming and agribusinesses?

Do you possess the drive to build and grow a regional book of ag loans, controlling your own schedule, from a home office–fueled by a proprietary, innovative and growing suite of products?

Do you see yourself calling on producers and connecting them with common sense financing?

Are you open to joining a growing team providing much needed options in today’s agricultural landscape?

We've partnered with a team of seasoned agricultural, finance, and technology experts. They've collaborated with leading capital management firms to revolutionize farm operating loans. This team now offers crop operating loans nationwide, transforming agricultural lending with cutting-edge, innovative credit products. Their approach to operational financing reorients working capital lending to align with the current realities and future prospects of North American farming, specifically by basing loans on the ability to produce a successful crop. Their products synchronize agricultural lending with fundamental shifts in farm operations, particularly the transition from asset-heavy land ownership to non-owner operators.

Traditional lending often falls short for many producers and farm operators. Our client addresses this gap with innovative financing solutions that help manage growth and agronomic risk. They provide operating capital to producers with lighter balance sheets, focusing on a proven track record of efficient and profitable production rather than land value.

These independent loans can cover 100% of a grower's crop year budget. This empowers borrowers to negotiate better terms, make efficient decisions, and operate with greater independence. The flexible size, term, and timing of their loans also enhance marketing and purchasing power for a growing segment of US producers.

Our client, an outcome-based lender, empowers growers to make more profitable and timely decisions through a proprietary, advanced technology lending platform that offers higher advance rates than traditional lenders. As an unregulated ag lender, the company boasts leadership and flexibility, allowing for innovation unhindered by regulation. With few limits on loan origination size, parameters, or access to capital, and backed by a leading global capital markets firm committed to being a top provider of ag working capital, our client's value proposition is to foster true independence for producers by leveraging cash to reduce costs and boost profitability.

Why is this beneficial to you?

Our client is strategically positioned to address a growing need in the agricultural lending sector. The landscape of farming is rapidly evolving, marked by significant farm consolidation and a demographic shift towards younger farmers. This has led to an increasing amount of rented land being farmed by skilled producers, creating a promising environment for innovative, flexible lending solutions. We are at the forefront of this explosive growth, with smart agricultural lending and technology playing a crucial role in the new rural economy.

A robust suite of products and services, including a dedicated Real Estate product and early capital solutions for large producers, makes our client highly competitive. This unique offering allows them to effectively serve both renter/operators and established landowners.

If you are an ag lender with a desire to work with cutting-edge technological tools, this could be exactly the right opportunity to grow with an innovative player in the agricultural lending arena.
