🚀 What you’ll do
1. Build & Evolve the Data Platform
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof data pipelines using modern cloud technologies.
- Develop end-to-end data flows supporting analytics, dashboards, and advanced data products.
- Enable a variety of use cases—from BI and predictive analytics to real-time data services.
2. Champion Data Quality & Security
- Lead data transformation efforts and embed quality, governance, and security best practices across all data assets.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and document data flows for transparency and reliability.
3. Collaborate & Enable
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Support data product development and empower teams to make data-driven decisions.
4. Mentor & Innovate
- Coach junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.
- Drive automation, CI/CD adoption, and explore new tools to continuously improve the data platform.
🎯 What you bring

6+ years of experience building modern data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Strong expertise in cloud-native data engineering (e.g., orchestration tools, lakehouse/lake storage, transformation frameworks).

Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and (Py)Spark.
- Ability to design maintainable, scalable data models.

Solid understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and security principles.

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders in an agile environment.

Nice to have: ERP data experience, exposure to manufacturing environments, or mentoring experience.
