Role Overview

The Product Owner – Aftersales is responsible for driving the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions supporting aftersales, service, and rental operations. Acting as the key connection between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users, this role ensures that every product initiative delivers measurable value and aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. The position oversees the functional domain landscape, including Dynamics 365 modules and (field) service and rental solutions, enabling scalable and efficient digital processes across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a product vision and roadmap focused on aftersales and service solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and prioritized backlog items.
  • Lead an agile, cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Oversee digital tools that support service, repair, and rental operations, improving efficiency and customer experience.
  • Monitor key metrics, evaluate product performance, and drive ongoing optimization.


Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B environments, ideally within automotive, manufacturing, or service-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of aftersales processes, ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365), and enterprise architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).


Nice to have:

  • Experience implementing or managing service and rental platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications (F&O, Power Platform).
  • Understanding of AI or automation technologies in customer and service processes.
