Role Overview

The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Finance plays a key role in optimizing and supporting global financial processes within a dynamic, production-oriented environment. This position ensures the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of finance operations in Dynamics 365, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

The role is part of an international scrum team responsible for advancing the financial and supply chain systems landscape across multiple global entities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support implementations, enhancements, and rollouts of financial processes in Dynamics 365.
  • Analyze business requirements and propose effective, value-driven solutions.
  • Provide configuration, testing, and issue resolution across D365 Finance modules.
  • Conduct change management activities, including user training, documentation, and adoption of new features.
  • Ensure alignment of system processes with operational KPIs and financial objectives.
  • Stay updated on D365 and Finance technology trends, including AI-driven automation and digital finance innovations.
  • Support go-lives and validate system performance during deployments.


Profile

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance modules and related financial processes (e.g. Project Management & Accounting, Production Accounting, e-Invoicing).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on, business-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in an international and fast-changing environment.
