Role Overview

The Product Owner – Production is responsible for leading the development and optimization of digital solutions that support production and manufacturing processes. This role acts as the key link between business operations, technology teams, and end users — ensuring that all digital initiatives deliver real value and align with strategic goals. The position oversees the functional domain landscape, including MES, planning systems, and Dynamics 365 F&O production modules, driving continuous improvement and scalability across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for production-related solutions.
• Translate operational needs into user stories and actionable backlog priorities.
• Lead a cross-functional agile team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align on goals, scope, and priorities.
• Oversee the evolution of MES, planning, and ERP (D365) systems to enhance efficiency.
• Measure performance, report impact, and continuously improve product outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B environments, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain sectors.
• Solid understanding of production processes, ERP systems (preferably D365 F&O), and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with MES and digital manufacturing platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications (F&O, Power Platform).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and IoT for production optimization.
