βοΈ Role Overview
The Legal Counsel β Southern Europe will act as the primary legal advisor for all regional entities, providing both strategic and operational legal guidance. This position plays a key role in managing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through sound legal and commercial advice.
The role involves close collaboration with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external counsel, helping to shape the companyβs legal framework and corporate governance standards.
π Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts (supply, sales, IT, data processing, NDAs, etc.).

Support public and private tender processes and ensure compliance with procurement and competition regulations.

Provide clear and pragmatic advice on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.

Manage and coordinate work with external law firms and legal service providers.

Support the resolution of disputes and claims, protecting company interests.

Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory developments relevant to business operations.

Conduct internal legal training and raise awareness on key compliance and governance topics.

Contribute to the development of internal policies and group compliance programs.
π§© Candidate Profile

Qualified legal professional in Spain or another relevant European jurisdiction (France or Italy preferred).

4β6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, contract negotiation, and compliance.

Background in international business and experience working within multicultural environments.

Fluency in Spanish and English required; proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.

Capable of providing independent legal advice with confidence and sound judgment.

Availability: 32β40 hours per week.
