AI Implementation Lead / Consultant

The Role

You’ll drive our AI strategy and implementation, connecting business and technology to ensure AI delivers measurable value. As the central point for AI initiatives, you’ll guide teams, shape use cases, and foster adoption — from early experiments to enterprise-scale solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI adoption: Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and oversee their execution.
• Coordinate & advise: Act as a trusted partner for internal teams and leadership, ensuring alignment and understanding across functions.
• Enable AI literacy: Promote responsible use of AI through training, governance, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance: Work closely with data and security teams to maintain ethical, compliant AI practices (GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Explore & innovate: Stay current with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI — and turn insights into opportunities.

Who You Are

• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Technology (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Proven experience in AI implementation, enablement, or product ownership.
• Comfortable working across teams — from developers to business leads.
• Familiar with Microsoft AI ecosystem and data governance frameworks.
• Pragmatic, curious, and driven to make AI both useful and responsible.
