💡 Why this role matters

As a Solution Architect D365, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining an integrated application landscape that supports business processes. You will ensure seamless interaction between Microsoft Dynamics 365 (core ERP), CINCOM (product configuration), and the PLM system, while driving data readiness, integrations, and reporting.

Your work will directly enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and decision-making, ensuring that technology architecture aligns with strategic goals.

🚀 What you’ll do

1. Define and Maintain Solution Architecture

• Design and maintain the overall architecture for Dynamics 365, CINCOM, and PLM integrations.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance across systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration patterns, and best practices.

2. Lead Integration & Implementation Efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver robust solutions.
• Manage data flow, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Ensure data readiness by design, including master data, data quality, and analytics enablement.

3. Governance & Standards

• Establish architectural standards and documentation in collaboration with enterprise architecture leadership.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and organizational standards.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business process owners, IT teams, and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance during project planning and execution.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem developments and emerging technologies.
• Recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency, security, and user experience.

🎯 What you bring

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in solution architecture or similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience integrating configuration and PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CPQ, and PLM concepts.
• Knowledge of Azure services, API management, and modern data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Desirable:

• Familiarity with industrial, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Previous experience working in agile/Scrum methodologies.
