🚀 What you’ll do

1. Build Modern Digital Solutions

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SSRS, SQL, and Python.
  • Enhance and evolve enterprise systems with a focus on performance, stability, and user experience.

2. Innovate With Emerging Technologies

  • Experiment with AI agents, automation, and modern development tools.
  • Contribute to shaping a unified and future-proof enterprise IT architecture.

3. Collaborate Within a Domain Scrum Team

  • Work within a functional Scrum team (Production, Supply Chain, Sales & Engineering, Aftersales, or Finance).
  • Engage closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

4. Ensure Quality, Security & Best Practices

  • Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and high-quality code aligned with agile principles.
  • Safeguard data integrity, security, and compliance across all solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.


🎯 What you bring

Essential

  • Deep understanding of programming within the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, enterprise IT architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
  • A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and using the right technology at the right time.


Desirable

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Applications, especially Finance & Operations (F&SCM).
  • Experience in industrial, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Previous experience working in agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and typical use cases.


🤝 About the Team

The role is part of a newly formed domain-focused Scrum team, reporting to a Product Owner. The team collaborates closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital capabilities supporting a group of 16 companies within the wider organization.

The environment is collaborative, hands-on, and built around continuous improvement, transparency, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
