Role Overview

The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Production is responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes through Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). This role ensures that manufacturing and production operations are efficient, reliable, and fully aligned with business objectives. Working as part of an international agile team, the consultant contributes to implementations, process improvements, and the continuous enhancement of global production systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations and optimizations of D365 Production and F&SCM modules across international sites.
  • Analyze and document manufacturing and production processes, proposing practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption of new features.
  • Configure and maintain D365 applications, ensuring system stability and user efficiency.
  • Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and guide process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with operational KPIs and production targets.
  • Stay up to date with D365 and production technology trends, including automation and AI tools, to recommend innovations.
  • Test and validate system changes and support go-lives.


Profile

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Production and related modules (e.g., Production Control, PFE).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes in ERP systems.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and business-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.
