What you'll be doing

You will be part of a close-knit and pleasant operational team of four colleagues, responsible for the smooth handling of flower shipments. You will work closely with various departments, including customer care and an external service center. You are an important link in the logistics process and ensure that the flowers reach their destination on time and in perfect condition.

What your day will be like

• Processing consignment notes and other transport documents in the system.
• Printing labels for all outgoing shipments.
• Preparing customs documents in collaboration with the service center.
• Maintaining close contact with the Fresh Connect department for the physical handling of shipments.
• Regularly coordinating with colleagues about the progress of shipments and any special circumstances.
• Proactively thinking about optimizing logistics processes.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and driven team player with a hands-on mentality. You are accurate, stress-resistant and communicative. You have an affinity with the logistics sector and are willing to work in a dynamic environment with varying working hours.

Requirements for this role

• Intermediate vocational education (MBO) work and thinking level.
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in logistics or the flower industry is a plus, but not a must.
• Able to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
