Role Overview

The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Supply Chain is responsible for supporting and optimizing global logistics and supply chain operations through Dynamics 365. This position ensures process efficiency, system reliability, and end-to-end integration across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and transport functions. Working as part of an agile, international team, the role contributes directly to the digital transformation and continuous improvement of global supply chain processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations and enhancements of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) solutions.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, proposing practical, value-driven improvements.
  • Deliver change management activities including training, process documentation, and user adoption.
  • Configure and optimize D365 modules, providing issue resolution and operational support.
  • Ensure system alignment with logistics KPIs and service level objectives.
  • Stay current with Dynamics 365 roadmap and emerging Supply Chain technologies such as AI agents, recommending relevant innovations.
  • Test, validate, and support system go-lives.


Profile

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules and related processes (procurement, MRP, warehousing, transport).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, business-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is an advantage).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, international logistics or manufacturing environment.
